  • If you wear smart watch too, just share your goals for the day and what are you aiming to attain within the rest of this month. And, lets track and encourage each other.
  • Morning pals, I use my iWatch fitness rings to motivate me. The daily completion of those rings + meeting the monthly goal challenge keeps me on my toes.
