Also, due to TOM, I am only able to attend one feast and that is the last day of Pesach. I am going to be cautious. Planning on bringing my own matzo, drinking water only, eating a small meal before I go, and bringing some snacks for myself. I know it is a feast, and I will eat, but in moderation.

When a serving for let's say a bag of instant rice is 1 cup, and it says servings per container is "about 2". Sooo does that mean it is less than 2 servings, or a little more than 2 servings?! I just look at them and how pretty they are. :o) I may eat back 100-200 exercise calories. Scared to go further than that. Or a light sandwich or snack. Maybe a freeze pop or smart ones dessert.

Yeah its about calories, if you can fit it into your calorie budget. All things in moderation. Your body doesnt know you ate a 230 calorie MCD fries, or 230 calorie salad.

1. I told a friend I wouldn't eat fries from March 20 to April 1. I have had fries from Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds, and Red Robin all in the last 10 days. I of course can afford the calories. None of my belts have enough holes in them for me to still wear them. It's either punch a hole or buy a new belt! My work clothes are too big! Bras too big!
