Per my sister I should be getting 130g of protein, 50g. Carbs and 65g fat. I can never make the protein, always over the fat and good on carbs. Any opinions or advice.

Trying different breakfasts to see what works. 3 eggs with mushrooms and 2 slices of bacon and coffee. Too much fat but protein was good maybe should have had 2 eggs and 1 slice of bacon.

Being older, I always feel like there’s no time like the present. I just started researching and tracking macros yesterday as a matter of fact. Did poorly but each day I will tweak and adjust. I believe in baby steps. Adding good things little by little will squeeze out the bad habits.

High blood pressure - my BP goes up as my weight goes up. As my weight goes up, back, knee and foot pain increase and I’m now realizing it’s been within the last couple of years, I’m a stress eater. Quarantine pushes people to either exercise more and eat healthier or stress eat. Sadly I’m a stress eater. Patty F

I am currently reading a book on adrenal reset that says the salt craving is thyroid. The suggestion was to do high protein in the morning and high carbs at night.
