Missed yesterdays post but Iβve started a mini strength workout streak and got in my 3rd straight strength workout day. Todays goals 15000 steps, 1 gallon water, 1 hour run, strength workout, 1 hour reading, and no sweets at work

Best way to stay with it is to track actions not results. You can control if you do the right things and over time you will get the results. Looking at the results day to day are not nearly as important as action. Keep that in mind and youβll do better ππ»ππ»
