My feedback is that weight loss and marathon training donβt go hand in hand especially if your going for a new distance pr. Keep trying and fueling your body and youβll get where you want to be long term ππ»ππ»

Thereβs been a lot of good advice given but just thought Iβd offer my opinion. Best advice is to not run too hard everyday. You can try to run hard one day a week max but the rest of your runs need to be easy and relaxed. Running can be fun with friends, but as a solo runner I find that you can enjoy your runs no matterβ¦

Iβve messed up my sleep schedule the last rest days and need a reset on that. Iβve been getting in runs, drinking water, and reading but missing my strength workouts. Big goal for today is to get to sleep on time so I can get back to it tomorrow. Iβm starting the 100 rep challenge tomorrow too ππ

Iβm not an expert on weight loss but have lost 80 pounds once in my life and kept it off. I think your not eating enough and so your body is not burning calories like it should. I know others have mentioned similar things and think you should evaluate your nutrition plan.
