Hello Group I would like to join you here. I am over 60 years old, married with children and grandchildren (our sunshine). We have a very active pup that keeps me moving most days. Which is really good.. even when I don’t feel like it. I dabble with gardening and we’re building a dyi chicken coop and getting baby chicks…
