I subscribed so I could track net carbs. IMO it's as good or better than the other net carb trackers but with a better food library and more integrations to 3rd party apps.

I use them in the gym. I create my own workout (or use one of theirs) in Garmin Connect and then sync it to my watch. It tells me what exercise to do next, for how many reps and with what weight. It counts the reps with pretty good accuracy. When I'm done with the exercise, I hit done and it let's me edit reps or weight if…
