  • I am the queen of yoyo dieting, or perhaps I should use past tense. It looks like this time it clicked. I am 58 years old 5"10 and weigh 334.2 today in the morning. A lot! I know. I have lost 28 pounds since December. Started, fell off the wagon, started again, fell off the wagon. It's a learning process for me. Healthy…
  • I weigh in at 335.6 (today) and have a very long way to go. So far I have lost 27 pounds. I am determined. Can I post here too or is there an extra posting for people over 300? I am 58.
  • Thank you all for offering for commenting. I have found out how to send a friend request, which wasn't as easy as it has been before. I agree, that this version of the forum is not very user-friendly. However, it looks like I lost one more pound, and I found some new friends who will be by my side from now on. Thank you.
  • Amazing! Thank you for sharing.
  • Thank you so much for sharing. I started at MFP with 362, now at 346 I still have a long way to go. Good luck to you and all the best. It can be done!
  • I eat everything I want up to 1,840 calories a day but only breakfast, lunch, smoothies, juices and snacks. I don't eat from 3 pm to the next morning at 7 am. I don't work out but plan on it next month. Small walks and chair exercise.
  • Congratulations! I needed to see your post today. I am new, motivated, frustrated, pushing forward. I am huge. 15 pounds are gone. 150 lbs need to go. I wish I could be your friend. I feel a bit lonely here, like a fish out of its element. I wish I would have met you earlier. So wonderful what you have achieved. Thank you…
  • I would love to be your friend. I am in my 50's and I have 150 pounds to lose. I am very motivated and I have started to see success. I have lost 15 lbs and I am still determined to better myself. I would love to meet more people here for daily inspiration, motivation, and for comparison of diaries and approaches. So far I…
  • Five more! I can't believe it. The scale showed 347 lbs in the morning. 15 pounds less than in December. 🎈🎆🎇🧨✨🎉💖
  • Changing my Avatar picture worked wonders today. I had chocolate on my mind and then I remembered why I am here. I might have only three or four friends, but how can you feel alone at a place with so many members. I didn't need chocolate. I needed to remember.
  • Thank you so very much, it sounds lovely. I think I need friends who will pressure me and maybe even judge me. I have 325 days to Thanksgiving. I will need to give it my all. But I will look the group up promised.
  • Thank you SuzFit212, AngWBald, Ossentia. I am on cloud 9. Good start to the New Year.
  • You look great. All your hard work paid off. Thank you so much for sharing. I started 15 days ago and cannot get enough of successtories. You are inspiring me. Thank you
  • Thank you! I needed this more than you will ever know.
  • The last two days I have eaten the rest of my old lifestyle (fridge) have given away STUFF from the pantry and have spent the last two days trying to find a healthy, delicious Christmas menu. I have eaten less than usual, but couldn't bring myself to throw perfectly good food out. Now the chocolate is gone, the chips have…
  • You just made my day. Thank you, Carol. I am thrilled to be your friend. I feel determined and excited to change my life. I have 338 days to Thanksgiving :-)
  • Good grief, it's a bit long don't you think? Did you mean to throw a book at me? :-)
  • Thank you JBanx.
  • I have the same health issues (besides the heart) but I am heavier. I would love to be friends with you. I introduced myself today as well. I have a goal...next year's Thanksgiving.
