I like to overeat if the food tastes really good.Then I tend to go back for seconds. I also was raised to clean my plate and eat up everything that's on it. So a lot of times my eyes were bigger then my stomach but I ate my food anyway.

My nutritionist actually recommended MyFitnesspal. One more question. Do you adjust your goal calories in the daily dairy every time you lose weight which reduces the goal calories?

Hi Amz, I think this is a wonderful idea to share encouragement and support. I like to be part of it. My problem is comfort food and mindless eating. I caught myself hiding a cookie from my husband and eating it secretly without him seeing it. Of course I regretted the calories later.

Hi Dancing Moosie, do you have any favorite diet you follow? My nutritionist recommended portion control. He said to use 9 inch plates. Half of it should be vegetables. A quarter of it protein and the other quarter starches. What do you think? Is that something that could work for losing weight?
