If you have room in your calorie budget- fruits- such as melons and mangoes- I find very satiating as a late snack.

Well done! What yours was on 2021, is my plan for 2022. I think those two things are something I can consistently and realistically do. All the best for 2022, too!

I am new to MFP; I have lost about 5 kilos (11pounds) with Noom since October; which has put me in the range of a healthy BMI... But I'd like to lose a bit more. I am new to all this, please feel free to add me as it will probably be good to follow one another's journey.
