Good day. No snacking. Golfed. Walked 18 ( usually ride a golf cart and get 6-8000 steps ) 14706 steps today! I’m exhausted. Chat tomorrow!

Checking in. Busy out of the house today so easy peasy. No eating til dinner which was amazing. Roast beef and roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Now to avoid snacks during the hockey game which is a late start!

Yes. That or Omad. I’m décidé daily. I wait till 2pm and eat something if I feel like it or skip it and wait for dinner. ( except the last week or so I’ve been snacking on nuts…but they are gone now haha so not today! )

Checking in. Still snacking. Today was pistachios. Tested my sugar and ketones today. Still in mild keto and my sugar is not where I want it but it’s not bad.

169.5 this morning. Officially Stuck and 3.5 up from my low last week! And then I snacked today almonds lol, peanut butter and celery; but just too much. Supper I’ll have to get some protein in and avoid anymore fat and carbs. Ugh! Tomorrow will be better and tonight I will behave!

What is the goal of your experiment? What are you doing differently? I’m just wondering wheat your definition of low carb vs keto. (# of grams of carbs or adding foods you didn’t have before, etc …)

I think there are a couple schools of thought in daily weigh ins. The down side is the emotional roller coaster of the fluctuation up and down or when it seems not to move for days, etc. I do weigh in each morning probably because I can’t help myself haha but it’s also about accountability just like logging in everyday and…

Another sunny day here! Broke my fast last night about 6pm with a huge breaky. 900+ cals. Felt at first and a little while like I over did it. A little light headed after I ate too which was weird but that passed quickly as well. This morning I’m down another lb so that’s fun. Happy Friday.

Checking in. Mfp will be down tonight I guess so here is my update. Feeling well. Sun is shining. Got a bump this morning on my scale due to my fast. Yay! Dinner at 6. Honestly I might just have a big omelette. And bacon. ( I’m not a big bacon lover but a little is nice ) have a great day!

Check in early. Up early. Terrible sleep. Omad yesterday and transitioned into an extended fast by not having supper. A couple hours later so about the 27.5 hour mark I was not that feeling well. Happy Easter weekend. Well the downward pace of this journey has definitely slowed. I’m up and down the same half pound this week or so. On the road thru winter storms today in 3 states I’m exhausted. Splurged on seasoned Spitz my go long distance road trip snack. Little high in carbs For the mass quantity haha but shouldn’t hurt me. Checking in. Good Omad day. Salmon so pretty low in cals which means I was low on cals for the day. Really low. Anyway I feel great so … heading south tomorrow to drive mom north. 3 days on the road. I like to eat sunflower seeds on long road trips. So I’ll have to watch the carbs for sure. Have a great weekend.

I’m addicted to the scale and can’t wait to get on it in the morning! It’s fine as long as the up and down and days it doesn’t move at all don’t mess with your head! If it does, then perhaps you shouldn’t. I think there are many schools of thought on this! Just Keep going!
