If you start out at 2 lbs a week, and follow that until you hit 1200, and then change to 1.5 pounds a week, you'd be moving your calories back up again, right? You'd be doing the same again if you then changed to 1 pound a week or 0.5 pounds a week. Seems like it would be better…
