  • 50 yr, almost 5'5'' FEB GW 126lbs Fri 1/4 129.4 My GW for Jan was 129. Although a week late, I made it. I feel so good - moving more. This month I plan to push the exercise and continue to use mfp to keep me on track with my calories. Wishing me and all of you success in not overdoing it this weekend! :)
