Hi. I've preprepped a month's meals (first time ever!) It's turning out to be the best thing ever. I've got tubs of keto curry, minced beef, sausages etc. All simple meals that I've teamed up with cauliflower rice , or mashed cheesy cauliflower, or broccoli. All I have to do is grab one and pop it in the microwave

This is amazing. Well done! I've been keto for 6 years on and off but covid and working in the NHS led to huge collision with some toast. Lots if it. I'd love to make some new keto friends for the journey. I've got around 80lbs to lose ❤
