  • Well, step 1 is going well - tracking my food and trying to make healthy choices that keep me around 1200 - 1500 calories per day. Salad, water, lots of protein....also to curb my sugar cravings - plenty of fresh fruit....Julie in the Mitten (Michigan)
  • Happy New Year! New to this group but can’t wait for the support! My word will be GRACE - I was so hard on myself last year when I was working out and eating just fine that I completely fell off the wagon and didn’t appreciate it!
