  • I just canceled my Noom. It basically said that I had to eat at 1200 cal a day in order to lose weight. I’m 65 years old and 183 pounds and 5 foot six. That didn’t seem very healthy to me and yet when I was eating 1500 cal a day I still didn’t lose weight. I upped my exercise intensity in yoga and walked about 20% more…
