I was sleeping a lot and taking naps. I found out I had sleep apnea. I have a C-Pap machine that helps me get more oxygen while I sleep. It makes a big difference in how I feel more energetic and I don’t need to nap.

I do this when I get stressed too. I have admitted it and I’m working on this behavior. I’m taking the same approach as I did when I quit smoking. Ask yourself if you are really hungry or just need a quick100 calorie to 200 calorie protein snack then find something to do that takes your mind off it. A hobby, a walk, clean…

Hi, I will be 55 this spring. Doctor’s want me to lose weight. I went up to 250lbs. Lost 32.5 lbs. Fitness Pal only shows what my weight was when I started a little lighter. All my Doc’s want me to do weight loss surgery, but I’m still on the fence about it. Anyone else in the same boat?

Feel for you. Not in the hospital but see specialists for just about everything. Diabetes is a pain in the butt but manageable. Make sure they send you to a diabetes class and do your own research. Walking helps. I like to walk in a pool the best. Good luck.

My brother was having the same issue trying to get his protein levels up. He did his research and now does a protein shake. I looked on “Pinterest” and got dozens of shake recipes and food recipes that add protein shake powder.

I suggest you do your journey your way with some sound information. Educate yourself and talk to your doctor. Then find thing you enjoy, change it up each season, and try new ways to see if you might want to add them, but most of all love you no matter what you way and tell your dad he should do the same in a nice way.…

I had PPMD or super heavy periods, and I found high iron foods to help. I love calf liver and greens during this time of the month. You can look up food that will help you through this time and talk to your doctor.
