I just bought a Thermo Pro and either it was sent broken or it just doesn't work. It says my meat is way overcooked when I know it can't be.

I am 5'2" and weigh 100 lbs. I have more energy now than I have had in years when I was overweight. I think you have to go by how you feel. I exercise daily and eat plenty of healthy foods.

Nothing happens if I don't eat but then I just keep waking up and usually if I eat I fall back to sleep.

I thought probiotics were supposed to help with constipation not cause it.

When I make roasted butternut squash slices I can't use the actual onion it would not flavor each butternut slice but I can sprinkle the onion powder on the slices. In other recipes I use the actual spice (ie onion, garlic, etc.)

I have not had any wine since Christmas (which I got as a gift) and of course I had to drink the whole bottle. So now I have not had any since Christmas.
