To be consistent in eating more vegetables and fruits. I f I am consistent in getting my daily veg/fruits intake in my diet, I think meeting my weight goals will be smooth sailing. I've been in 142-145 range which is where I've been plateauing. So I'm breaking it by focusing on my getting more of those greens in.
