Take it one step at a time and move onto the next thing. Start by just cutting out junk foods while replacing them healthy foods to your diet. No you won't. Usually when i have a cheat meal, it sets me back a few days then i go back to my regular weight.

Yuck, not a fan of seafood, mostly because of the fresh smell of it. How about some Avocado Toast, onions, tomatoes and a whole egg?
