  • Today is my 100th consecutive day of logging in and I’ve come in under my calorie goal every day. Started on February 7 this year and so far I have lost 19 pounds.
  • I have found the same thing. After dealing with stressful situations the gym always makes me feel better.
  • Working at getting to 168 pounds. Weighed myself just now at 183.6, started off at 200 pounds back on February 7th. So far, 16.4 pounds lost, 15.6 left to go!
  • I did the same thing with cutting out junk food and exercising religiously. I started this app back on February 7 and so far I have lost 15 pounds. At 5‘9“ I’m trying to get to 168. I actually started off at 240 pounds three years ago and I’m now at 185.4. Only 16.4 pounds to go. Keep rockin.

  • Two steps forward and one step back is better than no steps at all. You can do it!
  • I completely agree with you. I started this on February 7 of this year and just weighed myself on March 8 and found that I lost 10 pounds so far. Simply by tracking my food intake and exercising. It’s a great inspiration to keep exercising and eating healthy. Keep Rockin!
  • That’s awesome! Congratulations. Another 20 pounds to go and I’ll be right there with you.
  • What worked for me today was an intense 65 minute treadmill workout. I earned myself 595 extra calories. Got all my meals mapped out for the day and still have 1000 cal left over.
  • I will be 52 in March. Two years ago I was 240 pounds. Doing one hour on the treadmill five days a week along with some strength training and keeping a sharp look out at my sodium levels I worked my way down to 200 pounds . It is only recently that I started eating healthier and it’s been three weeks since I started on…
