I was look at daily weighing and looking at the trends that way as I know weight fluctuates. I've looked a few times after bigger meals etc to see what happens body wise. Just unsure on the best weight trend apps?

I am 5'4 and nearly 34 years old! I started at 304lbs and currently at 212lbs, I want to lose another 50-70lbs or so.

Thanks for everyone's help. Moved to weighing every 2 weeks and walking 5 days out of 7, played about with calories a little and a 3lb loss so about 1.5lbs a week. 92 lbs lost 🎉

Thank you! And yes i recalculate if i don't have any losses for about 4 weeks so I've gone from over 2000 to around 1500 now according to the multiple TDEE calculators it says around 1479 for my height, weight, age etc. I'm also going to start getting some exercise in so hoping that gets me out this stage

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2021, obstructive sleep apnea and was given a cpap machine. The doctor also told me weight loss couldn't cure it but a year on I've lost 90lbs and I've handed back my Cpap this week my sleep apnea has gone (after another sleep study was done) so its definitely possible.

Yeah I've done this so usually when I don't have a loss for 3 to 4 weeks I'll recalculate the calories. I was told a few days would reset your metabolism so was unsure
