How is your pain? Has losing weight helped? The reason I ask is that I lost 62 lbs and my back aches and knee aches all but disappeared. ps. I'm 76.

It has been 15 years since I've been able to get down on the floor and back up again. A couple weeks ago I discovered that I could get down on the floor, play with my dog, and get up again--not gracefully, but effectively. PS. I'm 75.

Although everyone talks about how important it is, and MFP has a place to record how much water you drink, no one ever told me just how important it is to weight loss. 30 lbs by my birthday on May 1. I have been doing MFB since Jan. 1. I have lost 27.2 lbs so far.

To be healthier via diet and exercise for my 75th birthday on May 1st. So far, I've lost 21lbs since Jan. 1 and have worked out 4 times weekly since then.
