Female 56 β¦gained about 40lbs over the years would like to get to 180ish. SW: 216 GW: 213 Day/Weight/Comment 3/8 - 216 not seeing downward trend I would like to. I plan to add β3 miles walkβ to my days will start today. 3/9 - 216 stuck but continue to workout did not add the "3 miles walk" :( but there is tomorrow. 3/10β¦
