It was extremely lame! Recovering from a bad sciatica flare up & today was my first day back at the gym after missing the past 12 days. 30 minutes on the treadmill- 0 incline, 3mph Felt good to move my body; even at a snails pace!

Welcome back! I just rejoined a month or so ago. My previous nursing job was one where I sat all day & I gained 50 lbs during the 3 years I worked there! 😳 Sitting all day can be challenging but there’s so many ways to sneak exercise in- even at an office job! Good luck on your journey!

Just rejoined mfp a week or so ago after taking a 1+ year hiatus. I am currently down 16.6 lbs since the beginning of the year & I’ve fallen in love with working out! I went from zero exercise to being in the gym 6x/ week! I can’t believe it took me this long, but better late than never! 💞

I absolutely do not miss it! I often seen it being used in hateful ways! Example- someone posting their success stories, before & after pics, or selfies & the unlike button being used! That’s an extremely rude & disgusting thing to do to someone who’s been working on themself!!
