  • Hi, Same procrastination issues, I drive to the gym parking lot for years and nothing… Actually what really has helped me is a walk for an hour. Now I’m slowly incorporating jogging. I also bike for an hour. walking gives me an extra 200 calories and biking is 400 calories. Also logging everything i eat. good luck. Ed
  • Hi, I feel what works for me is to be observant of counting everything I eat. I mean every calorie. Sometimes I get discouraged and think eh it was just some Ritz crackers etc but now I count everything. that seems to help me. Also walking an hour a day = gives me 200 calories.
