Finally reached my mini-goal of getting below 300lbs (started at 334) and I bought size 24 pants for the occasion, but those fall off too! I'm gonna have to buy size 22 now!

I'm about five pounds away from my mini-goal of 10% bodyweight loss, from 334 to 300 lbs. Also I bought smaller pants because mine are falling down all the time and I'm in the too-big-for-most-belts category. I'm looking forward to wearing them.

SUGAR! There is sugar in everything! I did not realize how much sugar I was consuming while just avoiding things that were considered sweets.
