Two mini-goals -- To add another binge-free/junk food-free week to my streak. (I just began, so this will be week 3.) To lose the 5 pounds that will move me from an obese bmi to an overweight one.

Yesterday I wore a pair of jeans I couldn't zip up three weeks ago. Today, when I felt upset, I took the dog for an extra walk instead of walking myself into the kitchen. ;-)
