...Learn where I'm at... lol ;) I will use April to see how many miles I'm actually walking outdoors/indoors. I will also learn the total of fitness minutes. I think this will truly be an eye opener for me. Day 1 - 4/4 0.5 ml ~ Fitness Minutes So Far: 30 minutes Day 2 - 4/5 in progress ~ will come back later

Hi lola. :) Day 1 for me and I just logged diary. Went over 200 cals. Shows me MORE EXERCISE is needed..lol I had a pretty good eating day though. I would NOT be over, if I could say no to soda!!

:D Such a funny read because it's so full of TRUTH...lol .... AND, poor women! What we have to deal with after having babies and/or big gain - then losing. The tummy pooch is horrible, but honestly, my double chin is driving me insane at the moment! I would love to have that go FIRST! :s
