Didn’t post any goals today, I was too busy stressing over this work meeting. Not sure how well it went but it’s over now so I can’t do anything about it. Haven’t eaten very much - nerves do that to me - but I’ll try and do better tomorrow / later tonight. Other than that my only goal for today is to go and vote.

Stress. Pure and simple. It makes my healthy habits go out the window, by either overindulging on junk food or just not eating very much. Either way I lose the motivation/energy I need for healthy stuff like yoga or walking around the block.

My eating choices were so bad today. Under-ate by a lot, and most of it was junk food. Didn’t drink anywhere near enough water. It’s like I gave up before the day even started. So my only goal for tomorrow is to do better than I did today.

Yesterday morning went okay, the afternoon sort of fell apart. Ended up snacking pretty much constantly and then had no appetite/energy to cook something healthy for dinner. I’ve been struggling to gain as well because I also suffer from low appetite/feeling full really quickly. I’ve been working with a nutritionist lately and that’s been helping me to identify foods that make me feel bad (I.e. really full and bloated) and alternatives I can eat instead.
