I read to the end! This will be tough, you’ll need to focus on your solid reason: your daughter and your quality of life. I’m not sure of your capabilities, but YouTube have free seated upper body exercise videos. Burning calories without having to use your legs 😃

Me too! Looking to lose around 15lbs and get out of my sugar addiction. Hardest part is really wanting to and not emotional eating.

I also need someone to help! I am a huge sugar addict, I don’t know why I’m eating it most of the time but I binge. Tried so many times to control this solo but don’t have the will power. Would like to lose a little weight - around a stone - but main focus is to kick this habit for my overall health. What kind of support…
