I added all that to my calendar last challenge but it became a habit. I wake up and just get on MFP multiple times through the day (except when I was on vaca 😫😫) and I love that it became a habit!

My whole life I have been a mindless eater but I have been working hard the last few years to be a mindful eater.

My Exercise plan is: Friday-Monday HIIT with weights 60 minutes with household duties included. Monday-Thursday walk 2 miles a day while at work with squats in between.

My Food plan is to track my macros and log into MFP

Pre-Challenge Activity #2: SET SOME GOALS! My main goals are: #1 Gain energy so I can feel more motivated. (The way I feel when the sun is out out I’m on vaca 😬) #2 Stop eating so much sugar/treat. I know this can add to weight gain and depression. #3 Stop mindless boredom eating when I’m at work #4 Feel better in my skin!!

My specific goals would be to lose about 2 inches off my hips, anything off my arms, feel more energy, and wake up happy without headaches everyday.

My exercise plan for a successful 2023 Summer 5% Challenge will be to move/exercise more and eat healthier. I am reaching perimenopause and find the weight harder to come off as well as my energy level lowering.
