  • Hi! Good for you! I bet your body loves you for being so active. I’m 55 and a no-processed-food vegan. I’ve been pretty sedentary the last couple of years. I find it’s hard to keep my weight where I want it eating a vegan diet unless I also keep track of calories, Which is a pain … but I like the results! I just rejoined…
