HI All, I'm Sophie, and I'm 36 and I'm 5"8. SW: 248lb (Jan 2022) CW: 211.5lb (as of this morning) GW: 169lb My target is to try and lose another 11lb by Christmas as that will mean 50lb lost this year. I play netball 2 x per week, and I am starting HIIT classes next week. Wish me luck!
