Celebration day! Current weight: 203 After last week's discouring weigh in, I realized that sitting in a car for 2 days was the culprit, not my eating! So I'm back on track and encouraged! So glad for the encouragement and support from you all vto keep going this week!

I'm disappointed with this week's weigh in! I'm up 2 pounds and I thought was going to go down. My hope is that it's muscle gain as I feel great after several long bike rides. Current weight: 208 Goal: 190

Thanks! The whole 30 diet is just for 2 more weeks. It's too encourage my daughter to eat healthy and it helps fight inflammation. Wasn't intending to mix the exercise in bit here i am!

I just use it for the base layer of whatever meal the family is having. My taco Tuesday meal was built on the spaghetti Squash instead of a tortilla. Not finger food 😂 not tasty!
