I've researched more, and it appears I'm wrong. The amr doesn't include exercise. It just your typical physical movement throughout the day. So I'm not getting enough calories on workout days. Thanks.

What else is the difference between: Lightly active, Active, and Very Active if the difference is not exercise? The math I'm seeing indicates MFP is using this selection as a multiplier to get an amr...which does indeed include exercise.
