This isn't just a fitbit issue, my garmin is doing the same thing. So frustrating to pay for this service only to have it offline and have to hunt for the reasons why. I would expect myfitnesspal to send out an email notifying people of these issues and also be crediting accounts based upon when they resolve the outage.
