I started at 183 lbs on August 22 this year. I got my first goal of losing 10 lbs to take me down to 173 lbs. I’m working on my next goal is losing another 10 lbs to go down to 163 lbs. Thank you so much for your kind words. I was feeling a bit depressed this week thinking I’ve not overeaten but my body is clinging to weight. I actually went in three walks with the kids yesterday and ended up with 19,000 steps, my personal best! Down 1 lb today too.

I was able to comfortably pull on and wear a hoodie I purchased earlier in the year and was totally unable to wear in July! Love being able to wear more of my wardrobe every day!!
