Well that's what I eat because I'm 5'2", so yeah taller folks would have to eat more, that comes in the form of fruits and veggies. Oh and you can also do soup instead of shake. I only eat five fruits and veggies because that's about all I can hold. I do plan to get more in later, once this becomes rote. And that's 1200…
