My go to is seeded bread with peanut butter and a nice cup of tea, after my post night shift shower…..sets me up for sleep time nicely

You've got this! I've dropped 70lbs so far with maybe another 40lbs to go and it's all been walking/cycling so far but I've joined PureGym to fit around my long hours at work, am starting couch to 5k soon and will chuck in some home workout bodyweight stuff when I can't get to the gym. I've added you as a friend

Planning th garden for next year? I've got to completely repair the one i already have thanks to our new puppy Stanley (a collie/bulldog cross) who has chewed plants, pots and dug up the lawn! Now he's settled down I've got to dog proof and restart :-)

What changes have you made to your diet or routine to improve your health & fitness? As a type 2 diabetic (hereditary), but in a busy job where I'm on my feet a lot I realise (through hypo errors) to not go low carb but lower - so I swap out white carbs for seeded, wholemeal, brown or meals without any carbs. I now walk a…
