Just wanted to let you know you aren’t alone. I am 57 also with 100 lbs to lose. I started my journey this passed week and am working to figure out what to eat. The app has really helped to make it visual. We can do this. Every journey starts with one step.

Swimming and exercises in the pool at the YMCA are my thing. I started out doing 3 days a week and now am at 7 days a week.
