  • I go today for my first appiontment with non-surgical bariatric doctor, in my town. I've waited six months for the appiontment. Total weight loss this year 45 pounds. I'm nervous/anxious feeling now that the appiontment is here.
  • I had to loose my weight without exercise using diet only. This is due to the concussed feeling I get with exercise or exertion, also I experience extreme nausea and dizziness with exercise or have much exertion at all. I'm down 45 pounds in a year. Maybe stretching or resistance bands would be a good choice for you.

  • I'm happy for you. I've had a 45 pound weight loss. Today I am focusing on some of my disordered eating. Try Happy Scale app for logging weight ( it will allow past weigh in to be logged). It is a little more trend driven and not so day to day scale triggering. BEST OF LUCK.
  • I like Half Size Me podcast . HSM has tons of free resources. It has a maintenance support group. I am also a member of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly). You could look for a local group for support. TOPS also has virtual chapters, if the local doesn't pan out.
  • I'm 60. I've been a member for almost a year. This is a game changer for me. I've never tracked calories. I have tracked fat, and carbs. This is easier than all those years of searching up data in paperback books to log on sheets of paper. I've lost 45 pounds in this year. working on maintenance.

  • Fizzy Fried Spinach- Sort of a spinach leaf chip (better than kale chip) served warm. Thin and almost see through, they melt in your mouth. The server at the Briar Patch resteraunt said they were prepared in the oven but it says "fried" in the name. I cannot stop thinking about them. I'll try to make them at home.
