I’m with you on struggling with lockdown weight but I’m motivated. I miss my clothes ha. I’m just trying to do each step since I know it works. Stay w/i calories. Do the walking. Took a 28 day step challenge. Write a post a day. Have faith it will work so I don’t self sabotage. Hang in there!

I’m in. I didn’t get covid but I got the “Covid 50” ugh. Def need the motivation to get back to my body! I’m in!
