One of my fellow cyclists said I had legs that looked like they could poke holes in the asphalt. That was a great visual for how strong m legs look. I'll take it!

I feel fit, enjoy physical activities such as swimming, biking and martial arts.... Now, I just want look fit and have my blood work indicate that I am healthy! Get rid of this fat, that is covering up my muscles, and actually have a waist.
