walked to the farmers market this morning. Got green beans, potatoes, peachesand apples. Then I realized I had to walk 1.5 miles home carrying all that stuff. 😂

i can vouch for gnats not liking Bounce dryer sheets 😂 Good day today. Tracked calories and exercise.

determined to have a better week. Walked 2.5 miles this morning. Followed a tip to stick a dryer sheet in the front of my shirtneck to ward off insufferable gnats. Worked like magic!

That applies perfectly to my new attitude. My weight stayed the same, but I felt great all week in spite of being super busy. this is my last week to have grandsons 4-6. They start school next week. I feel like summer isnt over yet and it is way too early to go back to school, but nobody asked me.

i had s cheat day with fried chicken at a church dinner today. Also a peanut butter brownie with chocolate frosting. Why did I do this. Now it will take me two weeks to lose it!

after 3 vegetarian days, I am cooking greek chicken. Cutting down to meat twice a week wasnt as hard as I thought it would be and we are trying lots of new recipes.
