New goal next week: walk at least 20 min a day minimum
-
Randi, let’s NEVER give up. No matter what.
-
Yesterday I tracked calories and exercised. Going for the same success today. I am tired of being fat.
-
Ann, I hope things are getting better for you. I admire your ability to keep pushing exercise when life becomes frantic. Keep it up!
-
Checking in. I am still here. Still failing with eating and exercising. Trying again. At least I do Ann’s move for five minutes stuff.
-
Continuing to eat badly but sticking with Ann’s five minutes whenever I can. Started a new antibiotic yesterday and already starting to feel better. Can’t wait to kick this crud and try to get back to normal. Or does normal even exist anymore? Did you watch the eclipse? I didn’t, but I sure have enjoyed pictures from…

Beautiful day in the virginia mountains today. Went to church for the first time in a month, praying I would have a coughing fit and I didn’t. Maybe I am finally getting well. Still doing Ann’s little workouts at every opportunity. Five minutes is so bearable!

Yesterday, I found myself doing Ann’s moves throughout the day. Waiting on tea water to boil, sidestep til the water rolls. Go to the bathroom, march in place while washing hands. Walk through the dining room, wall pushups on the empty wall space ten times. Walk to the mailbox, swing my arms and hope the neighbors arent…

Thank you Ann. I may not be able to do much, but at least I am moving five minutes a day. Some days, I do it twice
-
Was very bad with Easter ham and chocolate cake. No regrets. Just starting over. Again.
-
Ann, I can’t manage anything else right now, but I can do Your little workouts. Thank you! Happy Easter everyone

Finally recovering. Ended up needing antibiotics and steroids for sinus and ear infections. Then my eyes got infected. Slowly improving and hope to actuslly do Ann’s challenge tomorrow plus try to eat normally. My appetite is improving, so I hope to be back on track with everything next week

Getting better. In the middle of a course of steroids, so not about to get back on board til that is ove and I can exercise again. Still very congested and slight fever but definitely on the mend. Ann, your walking plans were so much fun and easy to do. Thank you so much. I hope you keep challenging us. The fruit reminders…

The eye specialist I see is 2 hours away, so tomorrow will be a road trip. I hope she can give me some hope about getting rid of these headaches while I wait on my eyes to adjust to the holes. My husband is driving me, so there will be lunch in a nice restaurant. I will try to be good.

AND….I ate a banana, a plum, and some pretty tart strawberries 😂 Already had me eight glasses Feeling somewhat successful right now

I did my chsllenge, Ann. Years ago, i used a video called Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. It was pretty painless and I muted the TV and played Motown music. Your challenge reminded me of that. I lost 10 pounds with Leslie before I got lazy and stopped doing it

Thank you for this thread. I am sleeping much better with taking Magnesium glycinate at bedtime. Gamechanger for me. Now if one of you helpful people would tellme what to do to make myself like to exercise, I would be even more grateful. I just wanr to sit in my chair and knit or read. *sigh*. I am 70 years old and had a…

Ann Liz, I am joining your challenge. I keep porking up and am back to the weight I said I would NEVER be again. Exercise is the key for me. I keep using the excuse that I am too tired all the time, but tired is better than dead and that is where I am Headed if I don’t straighten up and get my act together. I did so much…

I wish my plastic brain would adapt to make me love exercise and only want to eat things that are good for me in small portions 😂😂😂😂
-
Not typical. 1% of the people who have iridotomy for glaucoma are able to see the hole the laser drills in your iris. I am the 1%. Hopefully, my brain adapts over time and learns to ignore the fuzzy black spot in my field of vision. In the meantime, I am eating Tylenol for the headache it causes.
-
Starting again Monday. Still struggling with vision problems 😕
-
Randi, I just had to laugh. I wish Gerri would come back and whip is into shape
-
Randi. I think we coold rename this the out of control group (OOCG) 😂
-
Thanks Randi. Nice to hear from you Ann. Got holes in my eyeballs now to let the pressure out. Won’t cure glaucoma but it ought to slow it down. When I get health problems straightened out, I need to go back to tracking everything. I can tell I am up several pounds. If I want to be healthy, I havegot to get this stress…
-
Thanks Randi. Got some exercise in today. Small victories are sweet.
-
Laser surgery is pretty creepy, but it went well. Praying that hole in my iris doesnt close. Other eye next Monday
-
Haven not been weighing or exercising or tracking anything. As soon as I get through both eye surgeries, I will re-evaluate and plan. I just need to deal with these medical issues first. Hope the rest of you continue to check in here to at least say hi or post puppy pictures.
