Lietchi is correct. From my experience if you eat too little your body thinks you are starving and you might lose fat but you lose muscle too. Find out what an ordinary amount of calories is for your height/weight/age and you should find it is way more than 1100. I am almost 50 yrs and MyFitnessPal has my intake at 2100…
