  • Like most people said, almost about everything. I find that it's so much faster for some things that we make. I also use it for the kids a lot because they like pizza rolls and chicken nuggets lol.

We chop ours into small pieces and throw it in a pot with some swerve brown sugar and cinnamon and heat until it's almost like an apple pie filling, toss in some granola when it's done *chefs kiss*.   • 21 pounds is amazing! Great job! I do know that little pop up can be a trigger for people that are recovering from ED's so I opt not to log my food anymore because of it. Sounds like you're killing it this time and doing something that is going to change your habits for good this time.

  • I think it depends on what we have going on for the week. If there are lots of veggies I normally just prep them with the meal instead of before hand. Meats I will prep for the week since those are easy to season and portion out depending on what's going on, but outside of that I normally just meal plan and prep as I go.…
  • Also a Monday weigher and only do once a week. Since weight will fluctuate often through the week or even the day I find that once a week is sufficient enough to track my progress.

  • Pre made salads, sandwiches, pop corners, pop chips, pickles, pre packaged fruits/veggies. Do you have access to a microwave? Tons of good microwaveable meals you could grab and keep on hand at work if that's an option for you.

  • Meal planning all the way. I will normally write out a meal plan for 2 weeks and buy everything except for my produce at once. I worry about my produce going bad before I get to it so I normally buy it for one week at a time.
