Try not to get to bogged down with the scales cause they can be misleading yeah there good for a starting point to get you're nutrition on point but most times the scales won't cause as u burn body fat your muscles will increase so weird right u look in mirror u look slimmer u feel better but the scales says u only lost aβ¦
