I log everything, including gum. Helps me stay on track... If I didn't log, I'd prob be anxious and wonder if I'm still within my calorie limit. But I definitely get not feeling compelled to record veggies, they're typically really low cal.

It is higher in fat than protein, but I think it’s fine as long as you’re hitting your desired calorie goal and protein macro. Personally, I’m very careful with peanut butter because it’s so calorically dense. Peanut butter does taste really good 😫

I tried keto… I wouldn’t swear by it but I do well with low-carb, personally. Calories in, calories out matter more than any fad diet imo.
