I am back to fasting and it has prevented me from snacking at night. I realize now by fasting how terrible my relationship with food was at night. I am currently enjoying one guilt free meal a day with zero snacks. I am determined to lose 30 pounds. I exercise almost every day, mostly by playing tennis.

I am disappointed with the fasting features. I am a hard core faster. I can finish a fast, have a meal, and then start fasting again—all on the same day, but the app WILL NOT let me start the 2nd fast if I completed a 16 hour fast earlier on the same day. I WANT MORE CONTROL OVER WHEN I CAN LOG A FAST, but I can’t find how…
